Why This Website?

All valid questions. Lisa is honest about who she is and what she is looking for, so here's a brief background about the origins of this website.
Lisa didn't focus on dating in her 20's and early 30's - she prioritized finishing college, starting a career, learning new skills and working on personal development.
She was in a long term relationship in her 30's, which led to an engagement. Her fiance was terminally ill and after 4 years passed away in late 2023.
Motivated to start dating again because of her desire to have kids, Lisa got into what was (to her!) a very meaningful relationship, but after a year he wasn't willing to commit. So she is once again left in the position of searching for someone who she is compatible with, in hopes of getting married and starting a family.

The dating apps aren't going well at all. Lisa feels she's reached the point where a drastic measure is in order - and that would be starting this website. Also, how "Silicon Valley" is it to do a website, right?
